For Rapids fans, constant winning was a way of life: big games, big goals, big wins.
It's disheartening to realize that our guys might actually need to come back just to force a tie against Columbus.
:-)
On the plus side, it's nice to see late game spirits staying high with the team. After some laughable defensive lapses contributed to make us look much worse than we were last weekend, it's nice to know our big guns are starting to try, try, and try again until we get a better result.
I'm not going to nitpick too much about Casey's inability to handle a gift one-on-one opportunity. I'm not going to sweat Hercules' inability to *go* one-on-one.
Instead I'll breathe a sigh of relief that in the most critical playoff points race in MLS, we stayed tied with Columbus, and I believe are ahead of them now on some esoteric head to head differential. Goals maybe?
