Ladies & Gentlemen, I truly didn't want to make Class VI political. But I can hold out no longer! I must ask each and everyone of you to TAKE ACTION.
This issue affects us all. It doesn't matter if you're a Catholic Priest or a Radical Hippie.
It's time to start writing our Congressmen and demanding action now!
I was sitting on my couch growing the belly and watching a movie, when it hit me like bolt of lightening! I didn't get the Keg!
I jumped on the computer. Liquor Mart in Boulder closes at 11:45 - OH MY GOD - it's 11:45!! Forget the 10 game winless streak - this was going to trump it. They'll run me out of section 108 - they'll hang my boxer briefs at the tailgate (YES Mr. Tighty Whitey, it is time to switch over).
Luckily, I headed to the nearest Liquor Store in Boulder. The guy was locking up, but he let me in. I kid you not, while I was in the store he told over a dozen people to get lost because they were closed. But I came through for YOU!
How does this affect you? Well, it means two things:
1. It's time to write your congressman and tell them Colorado's Liquor Laws are affecting Poobah's life when there is a game on Sunday! Sell REAL BEER on Sundays for the good of Class VI.
2. You're not drinking Fullers tomorrow. I hope you like Killians.
